Not because they lack budget. They lose because they start searching before they know what they are searching for \u2014 and in real estate, that gap between vague intent and precise criteria is exactly where bad decisions live.<\/p>\n<p>Here is the assumption nearly every buyer carries into the market: a great deal means a low price. Location? Insurance risk? HOA exposure? Structural condition? Be specific. Vague boundaries are not boundaries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Three.<\/strong> What is your exit?
