  • Purchase Price $1,000,000 & up gets you a $10,000.00 + Credit at Closing
  • Purchase Price $900,000 to $999,999 gets you $3,500+ Credit at Closing
  • Purchase Price $800,000 to $899,999 gets you $3,000+ Credit At Closing
  • Purchase Price $700,000 to $799,999 gets you $2,500+ Credit At Closing
  • Purchase Price $600,000 to $699,999 gets you $2,250+ Credit At Closing
  • Purchase Price $500,000 to $599,999 gets you $2,000+ Credit At Closing
  • Purchase Price $400,000 to $499,999 gets you $1,700+ Credit At Closing
  • Purchase Price $300,000 to $399,999 gets you $1,300+ Credit At Closing
  • Purchase Price $200,000 to $299,999 gets you $700+ Credit At Closing

Buyers Preferred Program Conditions & Limitations
In order to qualify and to receive any of the incentives listed above, all clients are encouraged to sign the Buyers Brokerage Agreement before we schedule a showing with a representative of our sales team. Further, this advantage is only in reference to the fees charged by us. Some other conditions and restrictions; property condition and home inspection, lender approval, attorney approval, price change, property financing and other real estate buying and/or selling related qualifications may apply. You hereby indemnify and hold harmless us and our agents, employees, officers, directors, and affiliates against any and all losses, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities whatsoever, joint or several, which may arise out of or in connection with the these services and guarantees and our performance in regard to same.
 
  • When you purchase a short sale, we use different calculation. and we provide up to a 15% refund of the agent's commission, based on the final sale price of the home.
  • Short sales purchases are subject to a minimum commission of $6,000.
  • Our credit to closing is subject to lender approval, and there may be restrictions with VA or FHA loans. Your refund cannot be used as part of your down payment or to meet the capital reserve requirements of your loan program.
We encourage that you retain an independent attorney to provide you legal advice regarding your home purchase that we provide you a real estate commission rebate to help you pay for an attorney and your closing costs.

Home buyers are advised to consult with a tax or legal professional for advice on any possible tax consequences as a result of the rebate.
  • Our team also partner with other agents from other brokerages to work and guide you when you're buying a home outside our areas of service. Our partner agents will refund 15% of their commission to you because you come to them through our profesional network.
